The Herrador by SINTAC team heads to the DAKAR 2022

The Herrador by Sintac team is heading to Saudi Arabia to take part in the Dakar Rally 2022.

In an emotional act of presentation of the Team, the experienced driver Javier Herrador, thanked SINTAC RECYCLING and its CEO Vicente Olmos for their involvement in making possible the dream of racing his fourth Dakar.

The Herrador Motor Team, by SINTAC RECYCLING is already travelling to the starting point of the new edition of the Dakar Rally 2022, which, from the city of Jeddah, will start next January 1st this fantastic edition of the most famous rally in the world through the lands of Saudi Arabia. There will be 14 days crossing roads, dunes, mountains and towns in the middle of the desert to complete the 8,000 kilometres of the event.

Javier Herrador, a widely awarded and experienced driver, is also the world’s leading manufacturer of off-road rally vehicles, which has developed a vehicle specially designed for this championship. He will be accompanied by co-driver José Luis Rosa and a team of specialised mechanics. From these pages, we will keep you informed of the development of the Rally.

For its part, SINTAC RECYCLING continues with the promotion of the good use of recycled plastic around the world, and this time it does so in the most followed, most televised and most followed rally on the planet, the Dakar, in this new edition of 2022.

It is worth remembering that Vicente Olmos, through his own team, the SINTAC RACING TEAM, already came third in the Spanish Off-Road Rally Championship in 2019, achieving several podiums and coming first in the Zuera Rally. The following year, a serious accident at the start of the season took him off the circuit, but now he is back with the Herrador by Sintac Team, which he will sponsor and support in this edition of the Dakar.
