SINTAC RECYCLING BREAKS ITS BEST RECORDS AND GROWS IN TURNOVER BY 108% IN 2021

The Valencian company, leader in plastics recycling, has a turnover of more than 35 million euros in 2021 and already sells 60,000 tonnes of recycled plastic. Its growth, in this new phase, continues unstoppable.

Despite the difficulties in the raw materials sector worldwide since 2020, when the COVID pandemic began, the Valencian company SINTAC RECYCLING, a European leader in plastics recycling and circular economy projects, grew by 108% in 2021, to reach a turnover of 35 million euros with sales of 60,000 tonnes of recycled plastics.

The changes in its commercial area, the new projects undertaken from its circular economy area, and its strategic merger with the plastics compounds giant GCR, have borne fruit, and the company faces 2022 consolidating its leadership in the sector, with a firm commitment to continue offering the best quality and service to its customers, and to continue promoting the sustainability of the planet.

“In these times of oil crisis, quality recycled plastic is an absolute guarantee for our customers, so that they do not have to continue extracting raw materials from nature, and the service and quality of SINTAC RECYCLING will continue to be the same despite the very complicated global situation”, said the CEO of Sintac Recycling, Vicente Olmos.

Neither the energy crisis, nor the transport crisis, nor the global pandemic that paralysed the planet due to COVID 19, have been obstacles that the SINTAC RECYCLING team has not been able to overcome. “At this moment, with these numbers on the table, it is time to thank the enormous effort of our work team, which fights every day so that we continue growing and contributing positive things to the planet”, said Vicente Olmos.

In this sense, Sintac Recycling has made new additions to its team specialised in the areas of administration, logistics, purchasing and commercial department to remain at the forefront of the most powerful recycled plastics companies on the European continent.

“The challenge for this year is to expand the range of products offered to Sintac Recycling’s customers, to continue investing heavily in infrastructure, and to continue contributing through quality recycled plastics to sustainable production in order to achieve a better future for everyone”, said Vicente Olmos.
