SINTAC participates in the General Assembly of ANARPLA

Last June 28, we attended the General Assembly of ANARPLA, the Spanish National Association of Plastics Recyclers, which took place in Valencia, Spain.

During the event, the latest developments in Spanish regulations were discussed, especially the Royal Decree on Packaging and Packaging Waste, and the ministerial order that establishes the criteria for determining when thermoplastic waste subjected to mechanical treatment and destined for the manufacture of plastic products ceases to be waste according to Law 7/2022.

Information was also provided on the current status of European regulations, including the Packaging Regulation, the Food Quality Regulation, and end-of-waste status.

The Assembly was an excellent opportunity to meet again with the rest of the member companies of the Association. Thanks to Óscar Hernández Basanta and his team for the organization.
