Driving Circularity with SINTAC Recycling: LIFE CLOOVER²
We are thrilled to share the latest developments from our participation in the LIFE Cloover2 project. Co-funded by the European Union, this initiative is pushing the boundaries of sustainability and the circular economy. Presented by Teresa Martínez, it is setting the stage for a new era of recycling and plastic reuse.
Key Highlights of LIFE Cloover2:
Polyolefins: The Most Widespread Plastic Polymer in the World
As the most prevalent plastic polymer globally, polyolefins play a crucial role in our daily lives. However, with this widespread use comes a responsibility to ensure that these materials are recyclable and circular. Through the LIFE Cloover2 project, we are demonstrating how polyolefins can be effectively reused, recycled and reintegrated into the production cycle, proving their circularity is not just a theory but a reality.
Closing the Loop with Recycled Plastic
LIFE Cloover2 takes recycling to the next level by producing high-quality drums, jerrycans, and crates made from 50%, 80%, and even 100% recycled plastic. This process helps close the loop, ensuring that materials are reused rather than discarded, contributing to a more sustainable and circular plastic economy.
At SINTAC Recycling, we are proud to be part of this groundbreaking initiative that not only drives innovation but also leads the way in creating a more sustainable future for plastics.
